Accessibility Statement

Goal

The site is designed to comply with Israeli Standard IS 5568 (based on WCAG 2.1, level AA) and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 5773–2013.

What has been done

• text contrast of at least 4.5:1 (level AA), including on buttons and over photos;
• the whole page, gallery and lightbox work with the keyboard, focus is always visible, and there is a “Skip to content” link;
• all photos have text descriptions (alt) and visible captions;
• the page can be zoomed to 200% without losing content;
• the system “reduce motion” setting is respected — animations are turned off;
• semantic markup: headings in order, page landmarks, page language set;
• buttons and links are at least 44–48 pixels;
• the FAQ section and all contact links work without JavaScript;
• three language versions — Hebrew (right to left), Russian and English — with the same accessibility.

Known limitations

• photos have no audio description — text descriptions only;
• the embedded Google map is a third-party service whose accessibility we do not control; the address and distances are also given as text.

How we tested

Tested in September 2026: automated tests (Lighthouse Accessibility — 100 out of 100), manual keyboard testing, and testing on screen widths from 375 to 1440 pixels.
