Privacy Policy
The Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741–1981, including Amendment No. 13, applies. This text is for information only and is not legal advice.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is the owner of the apartment sold on this site — a private individual selling their own apartment. The site does not belong to a real estate agency, and there are no intermediaries or staff handling your inquiries.
Contact about your data: WhatsApp or phone +972-50-442-0701. There is no separate email — data requests are accepted via WhatsApp or by phone.
2. What data we receive
Only what you yourself share when contacting the owner:
- your phone number;
- the name in your WhatsApp profile (if set);
- the text of your messages, as well as photos, voice messages and files if you send them;
- a record of the call in the call log (number, time, duration). Calls are not recorded — recording is possible only with the explicit consent of both parties.
We do not collect technical data (IP address, browser and device type, cookies) ourselves. Only the services listed in section 4 receive it: hosting and the delivery network always, advertising and analytics services only after your consent.
Please do not send ID numbers, payment card details, passwords or verification codes — a name and a convenient time are enough to book a viewing.
3. Why
Only to answer your questions about the apartment, arrange a viewing and, if it comes to that, complete the sale. We do not send newsletters, build visitor profiles or make automated decisions based on your data.
The basis is your voluntary inquiry and the owner's legitimate interest in selling the apartment; if a sale goes ahead, also legal obligations (for example, tax).
4. Who else processes the data
Some data inevitably passes through external services. Each of them processes it under its own privacy policy, including outside Israel:
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) — if you message on WhatsApp. WhatsApp policy
- Google (Google Ads) — counting inquiries that come from ads: cookies only after consent; without consent, anonymous cookieless signals. Google policy
- Google Maps — the embedded map in the “Neighborhood” section: it loads when you scroll to it, and Google receives your IP address and browser data. Google policy
- Vercel Inc. — site hosting: technical logs (IP address, browser, request time). Vercel policy
- Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS, protection and delivery of the site. Cloudflare policy
- Telecom operators (yours and the owner's) — for calls: connection data under their rules and the law.
Amendment 13 pays special attention to transfers of data to third parties and abroad. The owner does not sign agreements with these companies on your behalf: for example, your WhatsApp agreement is with Meta.
5. The main point
We do not sell your data, do not share it with third parties for marketing and do not use it for mailings. Only the owner of the apartment sees your data.
Data may be disclosed only where the law requires it (a request from an authorized body, a court) or to protect rights and safety.
6. Providing data is voluntary
You are under no legal obligation to give us any data — contacting us is entirely voluntary. If you prefer not to share your number or message, the only consequence is that we will not be able to answer your inquiry. You can browse the site without any restrictions.
7. Retention
The owner keeps messages and contacts until the apartment is sold and for another 6 months after that, and then deletes them.
Copies in WhatsApp, cloud backups and on your devices are kept according to your settings and Meta's rules — you can delete them on your side with WhatsApp's tools.
8. Your rights
- to access the data the owner holds about you;
- to have inaccurate data corrected;
- to have your data deleted (unless the law requires keeping it).
How to make a request: message on WhatsApp or call +972-50-442-0701 and say what you need. To verify the request we may ask for the number you contacted us from. We will reply within 30 days.
You also have the right to contact the Privacy Protection Authority (הרשות להגנת הפרטיות): gov.il.
10. Security, minors, changes
Security. The site works over HTTPS only. It has no forms, accounts or databases, so your data is not stored on the site's server. The owner protects their devices and accounts with reasonable measures; no protection is absolute.
Minors. The listing is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If a minor contacted us without parental consent, let us know and we will delete the data.
Changes. This policy may change; the date of the last update is at the top of the page. We will announce significant changes (for example, new forms or new data recipients) on the listing page.
